My name is Yamamah, my brand is ZAFFA. Zaffa in the Middle East is a celebration of blessings, good health, honor, unity, and love. My Black Seed Spread grew out of my kitchen, and my love for nourishing foods made with intention.
I was raised around the comforting aromas of Middle Eastern kitchens, where black seed – habba al-baraka, the “seed of blessing” was more than just an ingredient. It was part of daily life, woven into family stories, wellness traditions, and recipes passed from one generation to the next.
The Black Seed Spread was born from a dream: to share the benefits of the Black Seed to the world in a modern and fresh way. I wanted a product that honored the old recipes that my grandmothers trusted, while also fitting into today’s busy lifestyle.
After testing, tasting, and adjusting, the Black Seed Spread came to life – it is rich, creamy, and available in two flavors. It is crafted with premium ingredients.
Every jar reflects what matters most to me:

Zaffa Black Seed Spread is proudly made here in the United States. It is Texan, but its heart remains rooted in the flavors and wisdom of my Palestinian Heritage.
